Sled Rental Policy

A $100 deposit per machine is required at the time of making the reservation for each rental. (valid credit card only)
For cancellations we require a SEVEN DAYnotice to receive a refund. Refunds for cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions or any other reason are at OWNERS DISCRETION.
Late returns will be charged a $50 late fee for every hour late per unit. If you will not be returning the sled by 7pm / (6pm Sun) on the final day you must call the motel to avoid late fee (at owners discretion).
Helmets are mandatory at all times while operating unit. If you do not have a helmet you will be required to rent one from us at the time of pick up.
All units are required to return with a full tank of gas and Oil. Renter is responsible for gas, oil, tax, and any repairs or damages that may be caused to the machine during the rental time.
Renters must have a valid driver's license and credit card.
Renters must fill out our rental contracts before operating the machine.
These machines are strictly used for trail riding, please do not use for off trail riding.
