• Capacity allowed in the house is 8 people.
• A credit card is required at the time of booking.  This information is only held in the event of any damages and losses of any kind or in the event that you cancel with in our cancelation policy (1 week notice prior to arrival date).  Cancellation policy stated on motel room rates page.
• Full payment for your stay is expected at check-in.  There will be no refund for early departure.
