Cards are only charged in the event that you checkout without paying, any damages to the motel room, or if you are in violation of our cancelation policy. ( NO Deposits are needed for motel rooms)

No Refunds on Early Checkouts.
Early Check- Ins will be charged for a full day. Early check ins must be okayed at time of making reservation, no early check-ins will be okayed for arrivals before 11:30 am EST.
Late Check-Outs will be charged an additional $15 for every 30 mins past check out time (11:00 am EST). Late check-outs must be okayed no later then at the time of check in. Late check-outs will not be accepted if there are check-ins to that room on that day.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. American Express and Personal out of town checks are NOT accepted.
3 Night minimum is required on all major HOLIDAY WEEKENDS. During snowmobile season (Dec 1st - March 31st) we require a 2 night minimum.
For Cancellations we must receive a ONE WEEK notice prior to the day of your arrival. If you cancel before that 7 days prior to your day of expect arrival you will not receive any charges to your card on file, and you will get a confirmation cancellation email. If you cancel within the one week or we have not received a call that you are cancelling your reservation you will be charged for the full stay on the credit card you reserved the room.
